Blue Crane Suite is the ground-floor Heritage Cottage King bedroom — a spacious room with a private patio, a fireplace, and a full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Capacity is two guests. The bed is a King, not a King-or-twin configuration. If you need singles, that request belongs to Robin or Falcon, not to this room.
The suite takes its name the same way the street does. You sleep in Blue Crane Suite at 279 Blue Crane Drive, then walk into Dullstroom village. It is the straightforward cottage King: patio, fire, full bathroom, no extra lounge, no fold-out sofa sold as sleeping space.
Patio, fireplace, full ensuite
The private patio is Blue Crane’s outdoor seat. The fireplace is the evening. The ensuite is bath plus shower, the same full bathroom language as Robin, not Falcon’s shower-only room. Charlotte Rhys amenities are listed. Free Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix, Nespresso with a frother, hair dryer, heater or fan, electric blankets, down duvets, minibar fridge with still water and milk, premium teas, hot chocolate, and rusks are in the room.
There is no dressing room with bay windows (that is Master) and no surround-sound lounge (that is Loft). Blue Crane stays a generous cottage bedroom. Guests who want a sitting room inside the suite should read Falcon. Guests who want a spa bath should read Garden.
Where Blue Crane sits in the cottage
The inventory does not list an interlead from Blue Crane the way Robin lists Falcon and the kitchen. Treat this as its own ensuite unit in the cottage. For exclusive use of Robin, Falcon, and Blue Crane together, book the Heritage Cottage whole-house stay instead of three separate guesses. Owlet remains under renovation.
House facts still hold: backup power for lights and Wi-Fi, backup generator, backup water, secure parking, electric fencing, and the garden with a kids’ play area. The cottage kitchen, dining room, lounge fireplace, and patio braai are whole-house listings. A single Blue Crane night is the bedroom, the patio, the fire, and the village walk.
