The whole Luxury Guest House, not four separate keys in a vacuum
The Luxury Guest House whole-house stay is exclusive use of all four suites together: Master, Loft Family, Garden, and Cove. Capacity is up to ten adults plus two children. Private suite entrances remain, so the group can still peel off to their own bathrooms at night. The village location is walkable — that is on this card — from 279 Blue Crane Drive into Dullstroom for restaurants and shops.
Book this when the group wants the contemporary house rather than the fireplace cottage: first-floor balconies in Master and Loft, ground-floor garden access in Garden and Cove, and a shared self-catering core. It is not a farm lodge. It is not exclusive use of trout water. It is a village house held for one group.
The four suites you actually get
Master: King XL plus a double fold-out sofa for children under twelve, dressing room with bay windows, lounge opening to two balconies, double vanity and double shower with a separate toilet. Loft Family: Queen XL plus two singles that are not combinable, surround-sound lounge, Zuikerboschkop balcony. Garden: Queen XL, garden views, spa bath plus shower. Cove: Queen XL, lounge for two, shower-only bathroom, outdoor seating.
Those layouts do not change because you booked exclusive use. You are gathering the four rooms under one hold. Interleads still matter for how people move: Master with Loft on the first floor, Garden with Cove on the ground floor. Read each suite page if a particular bathroom will make or break the trip.
The kitchen, fireplaces, and braai that only whole-house lists
Whole-house inventory adds the rooms the single-suite cards do not sell: a bean-to-cup coffee machine; gas stove, electric oven, and microwave; dishwasher and scullery; breakfast nook and dining room; a lounge with two Morso fireplaces; and a gas braai. That is the self-catering reason to take the house. Breakfast can happen in the nook; supper can happen at the table or at the braai; coffee is the bean-to-cup machine rather than only the in-suite Nespressos.
Backup power for lights and Wi-Fi, backup generator, backup water, secure parking, electric fencing, and the garden with a kids’ play area remain.
