We can explain King XL versus Queen XL bedding, which bathrooms have a spa bath (Garden) versus shower-only (Cove, Falcon), and which cottage rooms share the kitchen. For groups, ask about exclusive use of the Luxury Guest House (up to 10 adults plus two children) or the Heritage Cottage (about six guests while Owlet is under renovation). Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is 10:00.
